Its name means "the arches" in English and it refers to the architecture of the building, with plenty of arches according to the best Mediterranean style. This site has a bar inviting customers to spend a pleasant moment before sitting at a table. They can enjoy a typical Chilean pisco sour or multiple apéritifs.
Chef Marcos Picón is the head of the kitchen. His wise knowledge lets him combine the traditional Italian food in fusion recipes. His creations result in dishes of delicious flavors, with varied colors and exquisite aromas.
We advise customers to order some large oysters in Parmisan cheese sauce for a starter. The oysters are cooked with cream in wine, Parmisan cheese and a pinch of oregano. Then, they are gratinéed with powerful heat in its very shell.
To follow this line, but keeping the Italian stamp, we recommend that you order therisotto nero tutto mare. This combination of risotto with skid ink and seafood flambéed in sherry wine will certainly make you feel more than satisfied.
For dessert, we present the two alternatives we liked best: Charlotte al cioccolato, which features a fine timbale of grated sponge cake, stuffed with chocolate mousse over maracuja coulis; or Tarte Tatín, which is an apple tart in warm caramel over vanilla sauce, accompanied by a tulip-shaped cup of almonds and ice-cream.
The wine list includes bottles of the best known wineries in Chile, such as Concha y Toro, Tarapacá, Santa Rita and Viña Mar.
The restaurant is open to the public in general. This is a very quiet place where customers may enjoy a business lunch or social gatherings to spend a pleasant moment.
